Sourcing Specialist
About the role
As a Sourcing Specialist with Refinette Cosmetic Manufacturing Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in the company's procurement processes. Based in Guiguinto Bulacan, this full-time position will see you responsible for identifying and onboarding new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and components essential to our manufacturing operations.
What you'll be doing- Researching and evaluating potential suppliers to build a diverse and competitive vendor network
- Negotiating favorable contract terms with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality requirements
- Monitoring supplier performance and taking corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand production needs and sourcing requirements
- Implementing and optimizing procurement processes and systems to drive efficiency and cost savings
- Maintaining accurate records and providing comprehensive reporting on all sourcing activities
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement or sourcing role, preferably within the manufacturing (health and beauty) industry
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a proven track record of successful supplier partnerships
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
