Remote Sourcing Specialist

You will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions, primarily through platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and other relevant job boards.

Compensation: $200 for each successful placement.

This role is ideal for experienced recruiters or independent talent sourcers who are passionate about connecting great people with great roles and confident in their ability to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates for open positions using platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and other relevant channels
• Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates, gauge their interest, and provide relevant information about available roles
• Review resumes and job applications to assess candidate suitability and overall fit
• Engage with candidates and conduct preliminary screening conversations to confirm they meet core role requirements
• Maintain detailed and well-organized records of all candidates including sourcing channels and full communication history
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and ensure ongoing alignment with evolving job requirements
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline to support both current and upcoming openings
• Provide regular and transparent updates on sourcing progress and placement activity
• Track and report on sourcing outcomes to support continuous process improvement
• Attend team meetings to stay fully informed of current and upcoming recruitment priorities

Compensation Structure:

• Base salary: None
• Performance-based pay: $200 per successful placement

Required Skills:

• Proven experience sourcing candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and comparable job boards
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies and professional outreach best practices
• Ability to assess resumes and profiles quickly and with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM tools and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in a remote setting
• A strong background in lead generation or structured candidate outreach
• Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with candidates
• Familiarity with a range of recruiting platforms and sourcing tools
• Previous experience in a performance-based or commission-driven compensation structure
