In this role, you’ll ensure operational excellence by staying up to date with customer requirements and leading your team’s compliance with established processes and standards. You’ll train, coach, and supervise immediate subordinates while promoting consistent performance and accountability.By identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs, you’ll help strengthen service quality, optimize resources, and support the organization’s overall business objectives .
What you’ll do- Performance Reporting & Compliance Monitoring
- Prepare regular operational reports and conduct self-audits to evaluate processes in line with customer requirements and Service Level Agreements.
- Workflow & Staffing Management
- Oversee workflows and staffing for on-site and off-site processing operations to ensure efficient manpower utilization and high-quality output in accordance with Operations Bulletins.
- Process Improvement & Team Collaboration
- Implement strategies to improve departmental metrics and overall performance.
- Address process control issues, correct operational malfunctions, and foster strong cooperation within and across departments.
- Cost & Resource Optimization
- Analyze operational opportunities and recommend improvements to manpower and supply efficiency.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives in line with budget objectives .
