About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Account Representative to join our team at Alorica Teleservices, Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional and courteous manner via online chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints by utilising your strong problem-solving skills
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our chat support services

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a chat or online support environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer queries
• Proficiency in written English with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
