Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar warehousing or logistics role
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely
- Forklift operator's licence is highly desirable
Job Responsibilities:
- Unloading and loading delivery trucks in a safe and timely manner
- Placing and organising stock in the appropriate storage locations within the warehouse
- Accurately recording and maintaining inventory records
- Carrying out regular stock checks and reporting on stock levels
- Assisting with the preparation and dispatch of customer orders
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hazard-free warehouse environment
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
