We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will focus on growing our staff augmentation business by identifying new clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies focused on staff augmentation services
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new client opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Understand client resource requirements and propose appropriate staff augmentation solutions
- Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Collaborate with recruitment and internal delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget
- Monitor industry trends, market demand, and competitor offerings related to staff augmentation
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in staff augmentation, IT staffing, or managed services
- Strong understanding of staffing models, resource requirements, and client engagement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client needs and convert opportunities into sales
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
- Willingness to travel as required
- Hybrid setup: On-site work three (3) times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in Makati City
- Work-from-home: Tuesday and Thursday
