About the role
H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC.' is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of customer inquiries and providing exceptional support across the Telco, Travel and Back Office sectors.
What you'll be doing- Responding to inbound customer calls and addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Handling a range of customer service tasks, including order processing, appointment scheduling, and providing information about products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a diverse range of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using customer service software and technologies
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Relevant experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Telco, Travel or Back Office sectors
