Verify and check the accuracy and completeness of Delivery Receipts, including truck plate number, driver name, material type, estimated volume, source, destination, and date/time of hauling.Confirm that the actual dump truck and load correspond to the details indicated in the Delivery Receipt.
Monitor and record the number of trips per truck per shift or day.
Ensure Delivery Receipts are properly signed by authorized personnel and free from alterations or unauthorized entries.
Coordinate with dispatchers, supervisors, and security regarding hauling schedules and discrepancies.
Immediately report irregularities such as mismatched truck details, under/over-declared loads, duplicate DRs, or unauthorized hauling.
Maintain accurate logs and submit verified Delivery Receipts to the Admin/Accounting Officer or Operations Office on time.
Ensure compliance with mine safety rules, operational procedures, and site access requirements while performing checking activities.
Assist in maintaining orderly flow of hauling operations at loading and unloading points, when necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements
At least high school graduate or equivalent.With experience in mining, quarry, hauling, or industrial operations (preferred).
Basic knowledge of Delivery Receipt documentation and hauling processes.
Ability to read, verify, and record information accurately.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor, dusty, and high-traffic environments.
Willing to work shifting schedules, extended hours, and field-based assignments.
