MAIN FUNCTION: o Acts as the company’s representative in marketing and selling of CSC products and services.SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospects clients through saturation and telemarketing.
- Conducts product presentation.
- Attends trade exhibits and sponsorships.
- Attends bids and coordination meetings with clients.
- Follows processes and procedures of the company.
- Promptly attends to clients’ queries and concerns.
- Does persistent follow-up of issued quotation.
- Monitor and Inspects closed projects.
- Timely collections and remittance of payments of customers.
- Performs other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
- Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Drafting, or any 4 year business course (for Sales Engineers/Executives)
- Graduate of a 2-year course / at least 2 years in college(for Sales Professionals)
- With or without sales experience but with passion for sales
- Experience in Sales and Merchandising is an advantage
- With good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills and can deal effectively with different levels of people
- Willing to do fieldwork
