- Provides support for installations, troubleshoots local applications, and database issues.
- Assists Sr. Operations Engineers with designing and implementing new solutions.
- Assists in maintaining and updating documentation.
- Administers onsite and remote assistance.
- Participates in planning, daily meetings, and backlogs sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
