Job description:
- Supervise the group to ensure support is provided within the defined SLA's
- Resolve day to day software and hardware issues
- Oversee Managed IT Support Services operation
- Coordinate with customer IT Management Team
- Manage the overall desk activities, including the Supervisor
- Act as a further escalation point for Team Supervisor
- Ensure all operational and contractual obligations of the support services to customer are met accordingly
- Present reporting duties, performance analysis and metric measurement
- Provide Talent and Development Training Program, Audit and Quality Management
- Identify continuous process improvement plan
- Assist customer in PC inventory management
- Manages internal processes for communicating outage or emergency activities to the organization with guidance of customer IT Management Team
- Graduate of BS in Information Technology / Computer Science / any other related field
- With at least 1-2 years of related experience handling or supervising a team of service desks
- Preferably residing in or nearby Makati
