  2. Level1 Network support
  3. Level1Application support
  4. Level1 Email support
  5. Desktop support
  6. Remote technical assistance
  7. Support all PMC employees and its Affiliates
  8. Overall ticket management

Directly reporting to the Marketing consultant of PITS.

KPI:

No. of Productivity Target: 13 Avrg. Touched Ticket Count per Day

No. of Closed Ticket: 5 Avrg count per day
