Urgent! Marketing Intern

OsaMor Food Corporation — the company behind Bell+Amadeus, Diet in a Box, Ulam Express, Minds on Wheels, and Lunhaw Farm Resort — is in search of a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in a multi-brand environment where you’ll gain exposure to branding, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign management across the food and hospitality industry.

Duties and Responsibilities: As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Marketing Department in executing strategies that build brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) aligned with brand identity.
• Support in developing marketing campaigns and promotions across all brands.
• Help monitor and analyse social media insights, engagement, and ad performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and photographers for marketing collaterals.
• Assist in creating email blasts, SMS campaigns, and press releases.
• Organize and support on-ground events (e.g. Bell+Amadeus launches, DIAB activations, foundation drives).
• Maintain marketing archives, trackers, and performance reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Support internal branding efforts and visual merchandising initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled and completing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Must possess the following school requirements:
• Endorsement Letter
• Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
• Study Load reflecting enrollment in Practicum/Internship

Core Competencies:

• Behavioural: Creativity, initiative, adaptability, collaboration, and passion for storytelling.
• Technical:
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media management
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Strong communication skills (written and visual)
• Attention to detail and time management
• Basic data analysis for campaign insights
