As Head of Service Delivery, you will own the end-to-end performance of the offshore delivery operation at Soding Brothers Solutions. You will lead a team of Service Delivery Managers, ensure deployed staff are meeting client expectations, and be the operational escalation point that keeps client relationships strong.This is a hands-on leadership role - you will be setting standards, coaching your team, and resolving real delivery problems every day.
Responsibilities:
- Own SLA compliance and client satisfaction outcomes across all managed accounts
- Lead, coach, and performance manage the Service Delivery Manager team
- Act as the senior escalation point for delivery issues beyond SDM authority
- Monitor deployed team performance and coordinate corrective action where needed
- Produce operational reports covering capacity, SLA health, and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in operations or client delivery management
- Experienced in staffing, RPO, BPO, or managed services environments
- Strong track record of improving SLA performance and client satisfaction scores
- Comfortable being hands-on - you build processes, not just review them
- An excellent communicator experienced in offshore-onshore or AU client relationships
System Knowledge:
- Intermediate Microsoft knowledge required: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
