Selling Supervisor – Health & Beauty

We are looking for a Selling Supervisor for Health & Beauty Aides (HABA) who will lead the department in delivering excellent customer experience and consultative selling across beauty, skincare, personal care, and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by recommending products based on their needs, skin type, preferences, and concerns.
• Provide product knowledge on skincare, cosmetics, hair care, personal care, and wellness items.
• Drive sales through active selling, product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Ensure attractive product displays, proper merchandising, and availability of fast-moving items.
• Coach and guide team members on customer service, grooming, and selling techniques.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and shrinkage within the department.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, or related course.
• With at least 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, pharmacy, or wellness.
• Strong customer service, communication, and product consultation skills.
• Well-groomed, sales-driven, and confident in engaging customers.
