Posted on 29 May 2026Assist Accountants and other financial professionals with creating and editing financial documents.
Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.
Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
Draft and report financial presentations.
Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds.
Maintain financial records for clients' businesses by reviewing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Check transactions against the general ledger to reconcile bank statements.
Help the Finance department run more smoothly by helping with filing, creating reports, reviewing budgets, and other daily tasks.
Payroll processing should be precise and timely every week.
Ensure all files are current by maintaining accounting records and documentation.
Prepare deposits into banks.
Qualifications/Requirements- Degree in Accounting, Business Management or Financial Management
- Advance knowledge in Excel is a plus
- Great attention to details and analytical skills
- 1 year in accounting or financial analysis industry
- can work on a holiday and shifting schedule
