• Assist Accountants and other financial professionals with creating and editing financial documents.
• Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.
• Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
• Draft and report financial presentations.
• Reconcile financial books, including incoming and outgoing funds.
• Maintain financial records for clients' businesses by reviewing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Check transactions against the general ledger to reconcile bank statements.
• Help the Finance department run more smoothly by helping with filing, creating reports, reviewing budgets, and other daily tasks.
• Payroll processing should be precise and timely every week.
• Ensure all files are up to date by maintaining accounting records and documentation.
• Prepare deposits into banks.

• Graduate of Accountancy, Business Management, or Financial Management
• Great attention to detail and analytical skills
• Can work during Sundays and holidays, and on a shifting schedule
• Advanced knowledge in Excel is an advantage
