The Key Accounts Manager serves as the primary liaison between your organization and its most strategic clients. This role involves nurturing long-term partnerships, driving revenue through focused account management, and coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver tailored solutions and outstanding service.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure key clients receive value-aligned offerings that drive mutual growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with key accounts.
- Understanding client needs and aligning confectionary product offerings to meet their demands.
- Developing and executing account strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conducting regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
- Preparing reports on account performance and sales forecast.
