IT STAFF

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining and monitoring the hardware & software applications for the business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirement

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate hardware support requests.
• Manage and maintain software solutions used within the company
• Actively perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Install and configure software and computer systems.
• Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on both software and hardware.
• Maintain procedures, records and reports
• Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
• Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
• Test and evaluate new software based technology for the business.

• Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in both hardware and software.
• Can work during a mid-shift schedule.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
