MHE / Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, and execution of daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, manpower utilization, and service delivery. The role drives compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards, while maintaining optimal storage utilization and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the efficient execution of receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, and retrieval activities
• Optimize warehouse space utilization, including pallet positioning and racking allocation strategies
• Monitor workflow and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Inventory Control and Systems Management
• People Management and Leadership
• Safety, Compliance, and Risk Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
• Proven experience in inventory management systems, racking configurations, and warehouse operations
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• TESDA National Certificate (NC II) in Forklift Operation (mandatory)
• Preferably with TESDA NC II – Warehousing Services
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training or equivalent is an advantage
• Must be certified and capable of operating material handling equipment (MHE) as required.
