Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping)
- Manage and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stock checks
- Maintain proper documentation of shipments, inventory, and warehouse transactions
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and used safely
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
