About the role
Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Tiktok Account Agent. This is a full-time role based in Pasig City, where you will be responsible for managing and growing our Tiktok presence. The role involves a mix of non-voice (90%) and voice (10%) customer service interactions, providing an excellent customer experience across multiple channels.
What you'll be doing- Engaging with customers on Tiktok through comments, messages, and video responses to build brand awareness and foster a positive online community
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and proposing improvements to our Tiktok strategy
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging Tiktok content that resonates with our target audience
- Providing occasional voice-based customer service support as needed
- With 3 Months and up Experience in Customer Facing
- Excellent written communication skills and a strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Tiktok
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service and building customer loyalty
- Familiarity with content creation and social media marketing best practices
- A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
