Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-line Technical Support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
  • Diagnose and perform Troubleshooting on technical problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level IT Support Specialist teams when necessary.
  • Manage Ticket Management by logging, tracking, and updating support tickets in the Service Desk system to ensure timely Issue Resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Provide User Assistance by guiding end-users through step-by-step solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow in an International Clients setting.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of proven Helpdesk Analyst experience in an IT Service Desk role within a BPO International Experience environment.
  • Demonstrated employment stability (no frequent job hopping; No to hopper).
  • Experience exclusively in BPO settings with International Clients; candidates with only local IT experience will not be considered.
