In this role, you’ll craft and lead training programs that elevate agents’ knowledge of the latest travel products, booking systems, sales strategies, and customer service best practices. You’ll be a coach, a mentor, and a go-to expert, empowering agents to shine at every step of the customer journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on booking tools, travel products, sales, and service excellence.
• Conduct training needs assessments to pinpoint knowledge gaps and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Develop compelling training content—manuals, videos, e-learning modules, and more.
• Track and measure training effectiveness using feedback, KPIs, and performance analytics.
• Offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to reinforce skills and encourage continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep training content fresh, relevant, and innovative.
• Partner with department heads to align training goals with business objectives.
• Maintain detailed training records and share insights with leadership.
• Launch new training initiatives to support product rollouts or address performance needs.
• Facilitate group workshops, virtual training sessions, and one-on-one coaching with flair.
• What You Bring:
• Proven experience in training and development—ideally in the travel or hospitality sector.
• Expertise in travel booking platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, ODY) and related technologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you inspire and engage every audience.
• A knack for creating content that’s clear, interactive, and tailored to different learning styles.
• Strong organization and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital training tools.
• A certification in training or development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field preferred
• Being a Trainer in a Call Center/BPO for the Cruise industry is highly preferred.

• Sound Card, Speakers (optional)
• Min 15” Monitor, preferably 2
• A quality virus and spyware protection and activated firewall
• Professional headset for the highest quality calls (e.g., Jabra Evolve 40 Stereo – Bluetooth / Earphones are not allowed). NOISE Cancelling.
• Stable wired broadband (no satellite or wireless). Broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) Note: Satellite, Dial-Up or wireless is not allowed. You will be required to test the connection
• Chrome browser, sound card, speakers, 15" monitor (2 preferred).
• Backup power solution (generator or equivalent) in case of outages.
