Job Description- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Develop and update menus to meet customer and business needs.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation compliance.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- With at least roro passenger experience with international cuisine
