JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Medical and Clinical Services
- Provide medical consultations, treatment, and first aid to employees for work-related and non-work-related health concerns.
- Conduct pre-employment, annual physical, and return-to-work medical examinations.
- Assess employees’ fitness-to-work and recommend appropriate work restrictions, accommodation, or adjustments when necessary.
- Evaluate and provide medical guidance regarding sickness leaves and medical absences.
- Prepare medical reports, referrals, and recommendations for management as required.
- Occupational Health and Wellness (collaboration with C&B)
- Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health programs, including:
- Disease prevention initiatives
- Vaccination programs
- Health promotion activities
- Employee wellness campaigns
- Promote employee awareness on health and safety practices through seminars, training, and wellness activities.
- Monitor workplace health risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Clinic Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the company clinic.
- Ensure availability and proper maintenance of medical supplies, medicines, and clinic equipment.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and updated employee medical records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Monitor clinic inventory and coordinate procurement of medical supplies when necessary.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Safety, and Security teams in implementing employee health, wellness, and workplace safety programs.
- Advise management on occupational health standards, workplace safety concerns, and health-related company policies.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and other applicable government regulations.
- Support government inspections, audits, and reporting requirements related to occupational health and workplace safety.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Licensed Physician with a valid PRC license.
- Preferably with training or certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- At least 3–5 years of clinical or occupational health experience, preferably in retail, corporate, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of DOLE and OSH regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in medical documentation and records management.
WORKING CONDITION:
- Part time office/clinic-based role in a retail/corporate environment.
- On-call availability for workplace medical emergencies when necessary.
