Job Description: Need Ink Sales & Services is currently looking for a highly organized and pro-active BRANCH HEAD to manage the daily operations in all aspects of the branch office. This role is essential in ensuring that our branch runs smoothly and efficiently, providing administrative support to our team and ensuring that all processes align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Serve as a primary point of contact to all employees
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation on various databases and spread sheets
- Handles sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
- Carry out clerical duties and perform general office duties
- Performs other duties as assigned
About You: The ideal candidate must have the following:
- A graduate of any business-related course
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with financial management and budgeting processes
- Knowledgeable on clerical and administrative procedures and system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- With good analytical skills and an excellent problem solver
