Supply Chain Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels of supplies and materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain supply chain documentation.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with store and restaurant teams regarding supply requirements.
• Assist in checking the quality and quantity of received items.
• Maintain accurate inventory and supply records.
• Support the Supply Chain team in daily operational tasks.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in restaurant or retail operations is an advantage.
