POSITION TITLE: Supply Chain Operation Sr AnalystWORK SETUP: Hybrid
Overall Purpose: Execute the Procure to Pay Process - Review Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Create PO/STO in SAP
Responsibilities:- Drive material and supply chain readiness for small scale NPI (New Product Introduction) projects for Data Centers Technical Infrastructure
- Review incoming material demands and trigger purchase orders or move orders to fulfill material
- Execute the Procure to Pay Process - Review Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Create PO/STO in SAP
- Follow up with suppliers to get promise dates, and expedite orders as per project requirements
- Analyze reasons for late and past due material and provide inputs to late analysis reporting
- Work with warehouse, accounts payable to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts
- Support supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts and Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost)
- Work with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements
- Partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups.
- Work with multiple Business stakeholders to align priorities and highlight risks
- Provide periodic reporting of KPIs and metrics to business stakeholders
- Work with team to conduct root cause analyses, communicate improvement recommendations and resolve escalations

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
