Job Description

We are seeking Healthcare Account Representatives to provide support for patient inquiries, insurance questions, and service-related concerns while ensuring accurate information and quality service at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide guidance on healthcare services, claims, and coverage
• Assist with form submissions and claim processing
• Document all interactions accurately
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules including nights and weekends
• Paid training on healthcare systems and company processes

Requirements:

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
