Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support customers in a Telco account by handling billing inquiries, service concerns, and basic technical issues. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist with billing concerns, account updates, and service inquiries
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting for telco services
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on company systems, telco processes, and customer service best practices

Requirements:

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
• Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
