Responsibilities:

1. Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
2. Answer customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed
3. Negotiate and maintain cost effective contract pricing structures with vendors to ensure a positive return on investment
4. Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
5. Handle the Modern Trade / Supermarket accounts
6. Provide administrative and clerical support
7. Closely monitor the update of SOA, weekly collection payments and countering of invoices for Retail sales (both)
8. Prepare and submit weekly Itinerary
9. Any other related tasks that may be assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent;
• Working experience in FMCG is an advantage but not required;
• With good presentations skills;
• With proven sales experience and strong analytical data skills;
• With sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations;
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment;
