Job Summary

We are seeking a Barista / Service Crew to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one (1) year of experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or similar food service establishment. The candidate must possess a pleasing personality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and full-timed.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks according to company standards.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries, menu recommendations, and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.

• Perform multi-tasking duties including cashiering, food preparation, stocking supplies, cleaning, and customer service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Report equipment issues, customer concerns, and operational matters to management.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista, Service Crew, or related food and beverage position.
• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level.
• Pleasing personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Flexible and willing to perform various tasks as assigned.
• Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic food handling is an advantage.
