We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team. This role focuses on increasing revenue, creating effective sales strategies, and ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds performance goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company targets and objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance
- Track individual and team results, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Analyze sales performance and generate regular reports
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to align strategies
- Manage outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, lead generation, and outreach
- Guide the team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong background in sales, business development, and lead generation
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
