Job Description Core Program Readiness and Execution GTM and Platforms Trade Execution AD and OOH Insighting and Execution Insighting and Post-Moterm Budget Management Execute Local Programs: Create and manage area-level tactical programs from launch to post-mortem.
Coordinate GTM: Manage local GTM platforms, budgets, and docs for NTM/TBH squads. Guide Rollouts: Clarify policies and processes to support nationwide program rollouts. Bridge NTM & Regional Marketing: Align program rollouts with local customer needs.
Evaluate & Optimize Impact: Validate ground insights and conduct post-mortems to scale, adjust, or cut initiatives. Secure Placements: Nominate, negotiate, and monitor OOH, merchandising, and GTM format placements. Manage Executions: Oversees platform ground executions from launch through post-mortem analysis.
Analyze Market Insights: Track area performance and trends to recommend trade and execution plans. Report in MORs: Present program updates, findings, and post-mortems in territory meetings. Align Resources: Partner with TBHs and NTMs to secure tactical budgets and resources.
Manage Budgets & SAP: Process liquidations and track A&P effectiveness on sales and engagement.
