RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee compliance of all service teams with applicable laws and regulations both for internal purposes and client related services (e.g., corporate, tax, labor, data privacy, AML, SEC, BIR, BSP, PEZA, DOLE, or industry-specific regulators).
  • Supervise all departments in connection with service delivery and help in leading and mentoring service team managers/leaders
  • Contribute in the creation, establishment, and implementation of compliance policies, manuals, codes of conduct, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal, and management, to ensure integrated compliance coverage
  • Perform legal research and prepare reports on regulatory issuances involving licensing and registration, and on matters related to periodic reports and government filings to ensure internal processes and client related services and procedures are updated and continuously compliant
  • Ensuring that all corporate records are filed, protected, updated, made accessible, and maintained in accordance with applicable laws, internal policies, and good business practices.
  • Provide support to the company and clients for any and all legal oversight and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support business growth, identify process improvements, and implement best practices

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Legal or Business Management, Law or equivalent

Preference is given to candidates who are both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Lawyer due to the dual legal and financial nature of the role.

EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • CPA Lawyer is preferred
  • Graduate of Accountancy and/or Law
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Work background or experience in corporate services, or multi-client legal, accounting, or tax services is ideal
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experienced in mentoring, coaching, and managing talent
  • Strong research, data gathering, analysis, and problem-solving skills
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
  • PhP80,000 – PhP120,000
  • HMO upon regularization
  • Vacation and Sick Leave Credits
