Leads the sales team of his area of coverage by executing sales strategies and directions from the NSOM.
- Proactive rather than reactive
- Cascade and operationalize directions of the NSOM
- Formulate programs aligned with the sales strategy to ensure attainment of targets
- Provides guidance, coaching and mentoring to ensure that each sales personnel of his/her area is aligned with the company’s overall objectives
- Monitors, controls and safeguard spending and usage of resources while closely coordinating with other departments
