Partner Standard Specialist

This individual will ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards, leveraging quality tools and techniques to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct audits of social media platforms to assess engagement, compliance, and performance metrics.
2. Perform inventory audits in warehouses to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
3. Evaluate sales processes and after-sales service to identify areas for improvement.
4. Work closely with business centers and field sales agents to implement quality assurance measures.
5. Utilize Excel and reporting tools to compile and analyze data, preparing reports for management review.
6. Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues in quality performance.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans for quality improvement.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of QMS and ISO standards relevant to quality assurance.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Quality Management, Engineering).
• Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
• Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean methodologies).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Quality Management or related field (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Experience in social media audits and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
