Job Description

• Responsible for assisting department head to manage the entire IT team, In charge of the IT department's general affairs, project management office, big data and R&D team, etc.,
• Responsible for developing and executing a digital strategy that is aligned with the company's overall strategy, ensuring that the IT strategy is tightly aligned with business objectives and driving digital transformation.
• Identify and introduce new digital technologies applicable to telecom operators, such as cloud computing, to improve business efficiency, innovate products and services, and remain competitive in the industry.
• Manage spending on requirements for digitization projects, ensure cost control, and evaluate the benefits of the digitization strategy.
• Providing digital platform construction planning ideas and guidance.
• Trains two (2) Filipino Understudies relative to the above functions.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Communications Engineering or equivalent, with at least 15 years of telecom operator experience. Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.
• Must have major telecom operator IT project implementation and management experience (single project implementation cycle more than 6 months), familiar with telecom operator IT infrastructure, system architecture and project management system, certifications such as ITIL, TM Forum, or PMP.
• Must have more than 5 years of IT system operation and maintenance experience, able to quickly identify and resolve problems and risks, and able to continuously optimize the existing system.
• Familiarity with TM Forum and its eTOM related standards and processes, with telecom operator digital strategy awareness and thinking。
• Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and must have a keen eye for detail and be able to recognize risks and identify issues in a timely manner.
• Strong risk or problem solving skills with the ability to coordinate resources, timing and process control accordingly.
• Experience of working in a cross-functional environment to obtain information, interact with diverse groups and contribute to positive outcomes.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
