L2 Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support IP/cloud-based security surveillance systems.
- Work with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Configure and support network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- 3+ years in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Experience with networking and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
