L2 Technical Support Engineer

Location: Onsite - One Ayala

Shift: Rotating Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Support IP/cloud-based security surveillance systems.
  • Work with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Configure and support network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Requirements
  • 3+ years in technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Experience with networking and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
