Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Truck Helper to assist drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering goods. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a delivery team. No driving license is required, but experience in logistics or delivery support is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Help secure cargo and ensure items are properly packed to avoid damage during transport.
• Accompany drivers on delivery routes to assist with deliveries and customer service.
• Carry and deliver products to customers' locations (may include stairs or long walking distances).
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and loading area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with the driver and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or driver.

Requirements:

• Good physical condition; able to lift and carry heavy items
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Polite and respectful when dealing with customers.
• Willingness to work early mornings, late hours, or weekends as needed.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in loading/unloading or working in logistics.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures during transport.
