The Delivery Helper assists the Delivery Driver in transporting goods to and from customers or company locations. This role ensures timely, accurate, and safe delivery of products while maintaining good customer service and handling goods with care.

At least HS graduate

Must be physically fit

CALOOCAN CITY, NCR, THIRD DISTRICT

Remarks

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle

Ensure proper handling, stacking, and securing of goods to avoid damage during transit

Verify delivery documents and match them with items loaded and delivered

Accompany the driver to multiple delivery locations within assigned routes

Provide courteous and respectful interaction with customers upon delivery

Secure signatures and proof of delivery as required

Report any delivery issues or customer concerns to the supervisor or dispatcher

Assist in vehicle inspection and maintenance checks when necessary

Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized

Perform other warehouse or logistics-related tasks when not on delivery (e.g., sorting, packing)
