Salary: PHP 18,000 - PHP 22,000

• Assume ownership of the reconciliation process for CAM buildings/portfolios
• Summarize the current financial status of the division by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
• Handle financial reporting for community condo and homeowners' associations
• Work with the Chicago-based accounting department on CAM and corporate account reconciliations
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
• Support budget and forecasting activities
• Assist in onboarding new community associations
• Respond to accounting procedure questions
• Collaborate with local Philippines personnel to understand operations and contribute to team growth
