Pharmacy Supervisor

Job Summary

The Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, proper inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards. The role supervises pharmacy staff and supports program implementation such as PhilHealth YAKAP and GAMOT.

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Oversee accurate dispensing of medications in accordance with prescriptions and regulations
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock availability, and expiry dates
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of pharmaceutical products
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment of medicines and supplies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety standards
• Support and monitor implementation of PhilHealth YAKAP and GAMOT programs
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff regarding medication and patient needs
• Review and maintain dispensing records, reports, and documentation
• Support audit requirements and ensure readiness of pharmacy records
• Train, guide, and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure performance and compliance
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements
• And any duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Licensed Pharmacist (required)
• Extensive experience in pharmacy operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Experience with PhilHealth YAKAP and GAMOT programs is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and inventory management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Office
