The Skilled Utility Worker is responsible for supporting general maintenance and upkeep of the Samal workshop, office, and surrounding facilities. The role includes performing a variety of basic trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance works.

This position requires a hands-on individual capable of assisting across multiple areas to ensure the workshop and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least high school graduate or graduate of any bachelor's degree
Proven experience in general maintenance, facility upkeep, or construction-related work preferred.
With basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, and general repair work.
Experience working in industrial, workshop, or construction environments is advantageous.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic workshop equipment.
Ability to follow instructions, basic drawings, and work procedures.
Proven experience in general maintenance, construction, or facility support roles.
Professional and respectful in communication with all personnel.
