Building Engineer - Cebu

About the Role

We’re looking for a Building Engineer to oversee property maintenance, technical operations, and project delivery. This role is perfect for someone who excels at managing contractors, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and driving the successful execution of engineering plans, budgets, and MEPFS projects while keeping all systems and equipment running smoothly.

• Participate in daily toolbox meetings with the Property Manager, Technical Supervisor and Head of Security.
• Responsible and accountable in the planning, execution and timely delivery of the Property’s 52-Week Engineering Calendar, Technical Budget and CAPEX of projects.
• Has full oversight responsibility on Maintenance Services and third-party Contractors’ execution of Association/Building Administration Inc. approved Technical and Service Management Plans, Service Level Agreements and Standards.
• Comply with Government Regulations and Technical Regulatory requirements.
• Assist and complete audit inspection of all engineering related nature, including but not limited to construction, renovation works and government-initiated activities.
• Responsible for planning, implementation, and completion of MEPFS projects.
• Lead and secure that all engineering tools and equipment on site are always operational and or ready for use.
• Other tasks assigned by Property Manager.
• Target deployment date is in August 2026.

Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME)
• Must be a Licensed Engineer (Registered EE/ME)
• Preferably 1 yrs experienced employee/s specializing in property management in, operation, and/or maintenance of equipment and in a Residential Property/Office Property.
• Must be computer literate.
• With good communication skills and able to deliver him/herself well with clients and/or customers.
• Fast learner, customer-oriented, with supervisory skills and pleasing personality, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment and under minimum supervision.
• Has the skills needed to be able to monitor and control some/all technical aspects of the management.
• Must show awareness and alertness in daily operations.
