Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative

This is a remote position.

Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid break)

Work Hours: U.S. Central Time

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join their team as a Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales and/or appointment setting, confidence on the phone, and a proven ability to drive results through outbound outreach.

Experience in B2B sales is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to leads on a daily basis
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments or close deals
  • Handle objections and rejection professionally and confidently
  • Maintain accurate call notes and outcomes in the CRM
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with leads

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or appointment setting
  • Cold calling experience is required
  • Fluent in English (American or neutral accent preferred)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident, comfortable, and natural on the phone
  • Resilient and results-driven mindset
  • Tech-savvy and organized, with basic CRM proficiency
  • Quiet home work environment and reliable internet connection
  • Available to work full-time during U.S. Central Time hours
  • B2B sales experience is a strong advantage
