- Scout, negotiates, and documents all potential sites.
- Conducts market study of all potential sites.
- Conducts initial site assessment for potential location
- Assist in store expansions. Conduct site visits, negotiation, documentation, preparation of deck, financials, site pack, pre-construction and pre-opening requirements, coordination with all departments until store opening.
- Handles administrative task including documentation contracts, and new store requirements.
- Ensures the documentation of lease transactions and prepares leasing agreements and other documentation requirements to ensure compliance to contractual obligations.
- Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business utilizing company services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Analysing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
- Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
- Identify opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate deals, and close deals.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities, maintain current knowledge of construction and contracting industry
- Grow/expand effectively looking for other opportunities and/or location, focused on quality stores/account.
- Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact.
- Prepare Milestone (Gantt chart) for new and refit store proposals.
- Arrange meeting with all support department for the completion of project.
- Initiate Meeting with High level Mall Operations Lead for the update on Sonak store development/road map.
- Review & Negotiate Annual Lease Renewal to Leasing Department.
- Schedule Monthly and Quarterly Audit together with VM team and Build & Design Team to address necessary issues.
- Handles franchise expansion particularly construction and align capex budget for all store project and prepare pre & post report for all renovation & store conversion.
