About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Officer (Construction Industry) to join the VTSA International Inc. team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and building long-term client relationships within the construction sector.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and developing targeted marketing strategies to expand our market presence. This role is integral to our commercial success and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's trajectory in the construction industry.

Key responsibilities
  1. Identify, prospect and secure new client relationships within the construction industry, utilising both traditional and digital channels
  2. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  3. Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  4. Prepare compelling sales proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to construction industry clients
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the construction sector
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with construction industry audiences
  7. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities and pipeline developments using CRM systems
  8. Attend industry events, trade shows and networking functions to promote company offerings and establish industry connections
  9. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports and insights to senior management
  10. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally within the construction industry or related B2B sectors
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience required to demonstrate proven competency in sales and account management
  3. Strong understanding of construction industry dynamics, products, services and client needs
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders
  5. Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue and close sales opportunities with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  7. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  8. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to business development
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or an Engineer.
