Job Description:

This role requires a commitment to quality, accuracy, and an innovative approach to problem-solving to contribute effectively to our clients' offshore operations and project success.

This role is to join two other team members working CAD drawings and communicating with customers on revisions and to arrive at a set of drawings for sign off before we can move into production of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate CAD drawings using the client's approved software based on client specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret technical designs and translate them into CAD models.
• Maintain and update existing CAD drawings to reflect changes or revisions during project development.
• Ensure all CAD documentation complies with industry standards and company quality requirements.
• Provide technical support and advice related to CAD processes and software usage.
• Assist in the review and validation of designs to identify potential issues and optimize outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the offshore operations framework.

Qualification and requirements:

• Proven experience as a CAD Technician.
• Proficiency in CAD and Revit software.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - even during peak demand.
• Consistently exceed KPIs, setting the benchmark for pace, ownership, and delivery.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with CAD software and MS Office applications.
• Maintain focus, energy, and momentum across multiple concurrent manufacturing projects.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• Proficiency in CAD and Revit software.
• Strong organizational and design skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - even during peak demand.
